SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Processing and Shipping:  We work closely with our suppliers and warehouses to package and ship your order as soon as possible.  This process typically takes about 2-3 business days, sometimes more depending on demand and available inventory.  

US Orders:  7-12 days delivery.

International Orders : 7-12 days delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery times stated above are only our best estimates. The currently ongoing COVID-19 global crisis has notably affected our delivery times, and coupled with high demand, you may encounter delays with your order. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Vintaged is excited to be partnering with a third party to service our international customers! You will be able to see international shipping rates once you chose your country at checkout and all duties and taxes will be paid in full at checkout. 

Upon completion of your order, we will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. Just return the product to us undamaged/unopened and in its original packing within 30 days, email tracking information to shopthevintaged@gmail.com, and we will gladly refund you. We highly recommend shipping your piece (s) back via Fedex/UPS not USPS.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopthevintaged@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
